Commenced in 2005, Bed & Breakfast “Advantage Accomodation” you will find situated in via Lazzaretto Vecchio near the marina in the centre of the city. Only 500 metres from the principal square “Piazza dell’Unità d’Italia”, you will find also within close proximity the Marine Station Congress Centre, the Aquarium and major Museums “Revoltella” and “Museum of Natural Science”.

The establishment is very easy to find being, only a kilometre radius from either the Railway Station or entrance to the Motorway, and only 500 metres to the Marine Terminal. The zone is serviced by major bus routes (No. 8, 9, 10, 15…), which traverse diverse areas of the city culminating at the Railway Station.

The Bed & Breakfast consists of six double rooms, which are spacious and comfortable, all with TV, Bar Fridge and private bathroom. If required an extra bed can be added to the rooms. The ample breakfast is supplied on the premises and is inclusive of the daily tariff.

The proprietors are Italo-Australians, therefore English is spoken fluently. Prior to moving to Italy, they had the same type of establishment in Australia in the vicinity of Brisbane to the Gold Coast.
